The Hauslands Bataan along MacArthur Highway, Brgy. Capitangan, Abucay town held a grand launching on Saturday and two-day open house. The first Hauslands subdivision in Bataan, it covers 13.8 hectares with 697 lots and various spacious community amenities.
The project is just 3.5 kilometers from the capital town Balanga City.
The Hauslands has introduced three new modern contemporary homes, “Lily”, “Pine” and “Magnolia” which are available for financing. Two-storey, single-attached and single-detached complete dwelling units have areas ranging from 88 to 120 square meters.
There was also groundbreaking of a pavilion, a multi-purpose hall that will include offices, an indoor gym, outdoor kitchen and bar and a spacious veranda that will provide residents a proper venue for gatherings and social events.
Wilfredo Tan, Hauslands Group president and chairman, said he was enamored by the property the first time it was shown to him.
“Ang haba ng frontal area, ang harap nito daan mismo na bihirang bihira sa isang property”, he exclaimed. “At yung mg leaders dito sa Bataan mula sa governor at mga opisyales dito sa Abucay mainit ang pagtanggap sa atin suportado nila mga housing projects natin “, he also said “Magbigay ng affordable at disenteng bahay, ito ang aming inspirasyon. Lahat nang ito nanggaling sa Diyos,” he added.
He thanked their partners like Landbank and Pag-IBIG Fund and other banks providing support to the owners by means of individual housing.
Tan revealed it is his dream to build mall and fast food chain in the area.
Abucay Mayor Robin Tagle thanked Hausland Groups for choosing their town as site of its first housing project.
He also vouched for the peacefulness and orderliness of Abucay. “Walang holdaper, magnanakaw sa mga subdivision dito”, the mayor assured.
Tagle vowed all assistance to the subdivision.
